At the Mother's Milk Bank in Denver, Colorado there is a great demand for attentiveness and care when handling such a delicate product. As a volunteer here, nourishing infants took the concept of "food service" to a whole new level for me!

- Logging in donated milk and prepare milk for processing (weigh and record milk, organize milk by date it was pumped, etc.)
- After milk is processed, I calculated and recorded the milk's nutrition content and labelled it accordingly
- Packaging and shipping milk out or personally delivered it to the NICU at Rocky Mountain Children's Hospital in Denver, CO
- Calling donors to thank them for their donation when milk arrived
- Packaging and sending gifts to donors including a letter indicating how much total milk was donated
- Handling and organizing shipping and packing supplies
